Is this route right for me?
Support is shaped around age, development, communication and the young person’s circumstances. The first contact will usually be with a parent or carer, while the child or young person’s voice, confidentiality and safeguarding needs remain central.
How the journey works
Qualified and placement practitioners are different routes. Suitability, consent, safeguarding and practitioner matching are considered before support is offered. A £45 suitability assessment applies before placement unless applicable funding covers it.
No instant allocation: an enquiry begins a conversation. Suitability, matching, practitioner availability and any funding conditions are considered before a route is offered.
What you can expect
- A calm, respectful and trauma-informed conversation.
- Clear information about practitioner status and fees.
