A partnership that works twice.
First for your people — confidential, in-person, trauma-informed support for your team. Then for your community — the same investment funds counselling for people who couldn’t otherwise reach it.
Support for your team, and for people who can’t reach it yet.
We’re a Community Interest Company. Income from partnerships is reinvested into subsidised and funded counselling across Greater Manchester — so the support you bring into your workplace widens access for others at the same time.
Invest in your people
Confidential counselling your team can draw on, in-person wellbeing days, and trauma-informed support — with named clinicians, not a call centre.
Strengthen your organisation
Managers better equipped for difficult conversations, wellbeing outcomes you can measure, and clear, board-ready evidence of what the work achieves.
Extend access to others
Your partnership funds counselling for people who couldn’t otherwise afford it — documented social value your own tenders can draw on.
Four ways to partner with us.
Every partnership leads with real value for your workforce, and creates community impact alongside it. Choose the level that fits your organisation — we’ll talk it through before anything is agreed.

Documented social value
Partnering with a Community Interest Company generates evidenced social value your own public-sector bids and tenders can draw on.
Evidence, not just activity
A validated wellbeing measure and a board-ready report give you something real to take to your leadership — beyond a login and a usage figure.
A named relationship
In-person, relational, trauma-informed support with named clinicians and a real point of contact — not an anonymous helpline.
We work with a small number of partners each year.
This isn’t scarcity for its own sake. We cap partnerships to protect the quality, pace and trauma-informed structure of the work — and we’ll only take on a partnership we believe is a good fit. Where it isn’t, we’ll say so honestly.
Start a conversation.
Tell us a little about your organisation and what you’re hoping to put in place. We’ll respond within 72 hours, talk it through at your pace, and follow up with a clear proposal — no pressure, and no obligation.
