A direct, human relationship.
For your people
Eligible adult staff can contact Adaptive Path directly. Any clinical support follows an appropriate assessment and is subject to capacity.
For managers
A clearly agreed wellbeing session and practical guidance help managers respond appropriately without turning them into clinicians.
For the community
Partnership income supports Adaptive Path’s community purpose and wider work to improve access to counselling.
What your organisation sees, and what stays private.
Your organisation can receive
- Confirmation of the agreed service and activity delivered.
- A high-level uptake figure where this can be shared safely.
- Broad, non-identifying themes where participation is sufficient to protect privacy.
- A plain-language partnership and community-benefit summary.
Your organisation does not receive
- Names of staff who contact or use the service.
- Attendance details linked to an individual.
- Clinical notes, diagnoses or session content.
- Information that could identify someone through a small group.
Exceptions apply only with the person’s consent, where required for safety, or where disclosure is required by law.
Foundation pilot
A simple 12-month starting point for one small employer that wants accessible support and a credible community purpose.
£1,500 for 12 months
- A shared allocation of 12 confidential counselling sessions for eligible adult staff
- One 90-minute workplace wellbeing session, delivered in person in Greater Manchester
- A direct Adaptive Path contact and agreed signposting guidance
- A proportionate, non-identifying partnership summary where privacy can be protected
- A written scope covering access, confidentiality, safeguarding, payment, cancellation and review
