One-to-One Counselling
We offer one-to-one counselling in a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly and be heard without judgement.
Our approach is integrative and trauma-informed, which means we adapt the work to you - rather than expecting you to fit a particular model or structure.
People come to counselling for many different reasons. You might be experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, or simply feel that something isn’t quite right. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
We offer both short-term and longer-term support, depending on what feels right for you.
Sessions are available across our Greater Manchester hubs, with evening and weekend appointments available to help fit around your life.
