Trauma Therapy (EMDR)

We offer Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), a structured and evidence-based approach for working with trauma.

EMDR can support people in processing difficult or distressing experiences that may continue to affect how they feel, think, or respond in everyday life.

This might include:

  • Past traumatic events

  • Ongoing anxiety or triggers

  • Experiences that feel “stuck” or unresolved

EMDR is always delivered in a safe, supported way, and only where it is clinically appropriate. We will talk this through with you and ensure you feel comfortable with the approach before beginning.

Our aim is to help reduce the emotional intensity of difficult experiences, allowing you to move forward with greater ease and stability.
